Terms & Conditions – Win 1 of 3 Lustre ClearSkin Revive LED Masks
Participating salons have the chance to win one (1) of three (3) Lustre ClearSkin Revive LED Masks, each valued at RRP AUD $449, by placing a qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order during the Promotional Period.
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian NAK Hair salon partners aged 18 years or over who satisfy the eligibility requirements.
Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible, participating salons must place a Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order during the Promotional Period.
For the purposes of this promotion, a Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order means an eligible introductory order of the Signature Senses range placed with NAK Hair during the Promotional Period. For salons trading on prepaid terms, the introductory order must also be paid in full during the Promotional Period to qualify for entry. Orders that are cancelled, returned, unpaid (where prepaid terms apply), incomplete or otherwise deemed invalid will not qualify.
Only one (1) entry per eligible salon will be accepted, regardless of the number of Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Orders placed.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Enter
To enter, eligible salons must place a Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order with NAK Hair during the Promotional Period.
Each Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order will receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw. Only one (1) entry per eligible salon will be accepted, regardless of the number of qualifying introductory orders placed.
A Qualifying Signature Senses Introductory Order is an eligible introductory order for the Signature Senses range that is placed during the Promotional Period. For salons on prepaid trading terms, payment in full must also be received by NAK Hair before the Promotional Period closes for the order to be considered a qualifying entry.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on Monday 3 August 2026 at 9:00am AEST and concludes on Monday 21 September 2026 at 11:59pmAEST ("Promotional Period").
Orders received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or as otherwise required by law.
4. Prize Details
There are three (3) prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of:
1 x Lustre ClearSkin Revive LED Mask (RRP AUD $449)
The total prize pool value is RRP AUD $1,347.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Each valid entry received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw.
Three (3) winners will be drawn at random at NAK Hair Head Office, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm, Queensland, on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 9:00am AEST.
Winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the draw.
Prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited and may be redrawn.
If required, a redraw will take place at NAK Hair Head Office on Monday 26 October 2026 at 9:00am AEST.
Redraw winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the redraw.
The Promoter is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Prizes will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian business address.
6. Privacy
By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners and arranging prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at:

By entering, entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from NAK Hair. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
7. General
The Promoter is Natural Australian Kulture Pty Ltd (ABN 50 103 624 451), trading as NAK Hair Australia, 7 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, Australia.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.
